Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Our Privacy Philosophy

We built Intervals with a clear principle: Your health data belongs on your device, not on a server. We do not track you, we do not profile you, and we do not collect your personal information.

2. Data Storage & Tracking

Every single piece of data you generate—including fasting start times, completion history, records, and personal goals—is stored locally on your device inside secure storage containers. It is never transmitted across the web or uploaded to external clouds.

3. Zero Third-Party Telemetry

Intervals operates without remote analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs. Because we completely skip background collection scripts, we cannot compile user behavior profiles or trade datasets with broker platforms.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update our privacy rules as local device architectures evolve. However, our baseline rule will never change: Your data will remain offline, local, and invisible to us.
